Had the unfortunate decision to visit an emergency dentist for severe toothache. After reading the reviews, I booked an emergency visit and the result, a tooth extraction. Something I was prepared for before visiting but as it was my first tooth extraction I was slightly nervous. Dr. Zeinab was super professional, calming and explained every part of the process. She constantly checked in on me and after 30 mins I was on my way. It wasn't cheap, but for an emergency private service it was inline with other services. I would reccomend.

I hadn't been to the dentist for about 10 as I was absolutely petrified but I got a abscess and a front woobly tooth so had to go 🥲from start to finish DR zainab helped me through my anxiety and fear of dentists she was amazing so today 8 teeth out and fab top false teeth made amazingly and her assistant Naima was also fab today thankyou both so much would highly recommend and thanks again and also the reception staff

Absolutely brilliant I have real fear of dentist but have to say have had lots of work done and pain free. Dr Zeinab explains everything and is very patient and ensures I’m comfortable and not in pain. Her staff are really helpful as well.

Rang up with a snapped wisdom tooth, was told to come down immediately. Within an hour I had been consulted, X-Rayed and had it taken out completely pain free by Dr Iqra Awan and nurse Lauren, very professional job, would highly reccomend.
I went to Winchester Avenue Dental Surgery to have a lower wisdom tooth removed as it had been causing me some trouble. I was looked after by Dr Amena and Nurse Grace, who were both absolutely wonderful. Dr Amena was calm, professional, and made the whole experience a breeze. She was gentle when giving the injection and removed the tooth quickly and smoothly. I really appreciate the care taken highly recommend this dental practice! Thank you and see you again soon!

The X-ray he took was not of the tooth with the issue and when questioned his response was can’t reach that far spent maybe 5-10 minutes on whole after waiting for so long and it wasn’t diagnosed instead possibility of this or other.
Wouldn’t go again or recommend as the checkup wasn’t through and unorganised.

I had a tooth extraction on the 26th of October and the care I received was excellent. Dr Iqra Awan was very gentle and professional, and Nurse Hannah was incredibly kind. They both made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and smooth. Highly recommend Winchester Avenue Dental Surgery!

Great same day service for emergencies. Friendly atmosphere, lovely receptionist/dental nurse. Dentist made me feel at ease and comfortable. Much so i have booked back in 2 weeks for a check up. 10/10
Suzana Ostojic would like to take this opportunity to thank Zaynabh, Ash, Kasey and the receptionist team for all their support and care,over the last week or so. Finally after having had 2 teeth extracted unnecessarily by an NHS dentist, Zaynabh and her team have got me in for an urgent tooth extraction at such a short notice and within an hour of calling in. Dr Zaynabh has also gone out of her way to write me a referral to maxilofacial department for which I am extremely grateful for, as I have got an appointment now for the dislodged bone in one of the sockets where teeth was taken out by an NHS dentist to be surgically removed. Although it is not something I am looking forward to,without Zaynabhs help and referral I wouldn't have that appointment so quickly. Hopefully after that procedure,I will be fully out of pain.

The best dentist I have ever been do. Zeinab extracted my wisdom tooth in 10 mins, painless... I have had several extractions and I can almost say this one was a pleasure!
After experiencing ongoing tooth pain, I had to book an urgent appointment. I rang Winchester and managed to get one very quickly. Following an initial consultation and X-Ray, the extraction was done at the same time. The staff are very professional and very polite and all aftercare was fully explained. A top level of service.
The appointment was emergency - strong pain. The doctor was professional and kind. Dr Zeinab explained everything thoroughly and gave me several options on how she could help me. The appointment was delayed by 45 minutes, but it was definitely worth the wait. The one of the receptionists isn't overly pleased to see a patient, but the doctor's commitment and interest in the patient make a difference. Overall, I'm very pleased with the care I received here

Just had an extraction and polish with the new dentist Taffy and nurse Ash. They were both so lovely and professional.
Taffy did the injections so gently I barely noticed. For the dentist it was a great experience and we even enjoyed a few laughs.

I visited the clinic today to have my wisdom tooth removed, and it was much easier than I expected. The procedure took less than five minutes. Dr. Zeinab was very understanding and kind, and she, along with her team rupali made the experience smooth and comfortable.
I am highly satisfied with the superior dental treatment I received, specifically a root canal and implant crown. The procedure was painless and irritation-free, and the staff provided exceptional and appreciated support. My sincere gratitude goes to Dr. Shah. I wholeheartedly recommend this dental clinic to my family and friends.
I needed a tooth extracted ASAP and managed to get an appointment on the same day. The extraction alleviated months of pain and I haven't felt more than a small ache since, they even offered to let me take the tooth home. I can't recommend them highly enough. The staff were very kind and helpful. I will say I was surprised by the cost but it was worth it for the treatment, they let me stay in the waiting room while I was working out the payment on the phone and saw me again as soon as it was paid. Make sure you read all the information available so you don't end up delayed like me.
This was my first visit to the practice to see Hygienist Asad, and it was a fantastic experience. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. Lauren, the dental nurse, was both professional and extremely friendly, which helped ease my nerves. I never felt rushed and was encouraged to ask as many questions as I wanted. I booked for an emergency appointment at this surgery. I had problems with toothache. I was met by a very friendly lady dentist she put me at ease straight away . Her manor towards me was really lovely she explained what qualifications she had under gone . She explained everything about tooth .so I decided on an extraction . Was there late last year, had a wisdom tooth extraction, my first one. I was in pain for over a month refusing to go dentist as I was so scared that I will be in pain but it was great, no pain after, or during, healed quick and with no problems. Dr Zeinab and the entire staff are amazing. She explained everything to me all the way through, took all the steps to make sure I get the best treatment. Recommend 1000%.
Dr Zeinab is absolutely fantastic. I had a molar removed and she explained what she was doing every step of the procedure which was really helpful and calming.

Recently visited for a full hygienist clean - scale, polish and air-flow therapy. Apart from the slightly long wait, it was well worth the visit! Dr. Asad Jabbar was highly professional, friendly and caring throughout the treatment. He spent a good amount of time, ensuring no area was missed and offered frequent breaks between the treatment. Had an aching tooth for 2 days and was losing sleep over it. I am glad I found the Dental surgery. Dr Zeinab was very friendly and explained everything in detail, although it was a bit costly I am pleased I am no longer in pain and had my tooth extracted.

I spent the night before in agony with my tooth and used google to find this dentist as my local emergency dental surgery. I booked in online, which was easy and lots of appointments were available to suit my needs. I saw Dr Zeinab - she was brilliant. So friendly, diagnosed the problem straight away and gave me options for treatment based on my budget. I was able to pay for antibiotics in house, rather than finding an open pharmacy between Christmas & New Year, which meant I could get home to rest quicker. Excellent dental surgery!

I had a dental emergency on Saturday evening, and the service I received was exceptional. After calling, they booked me in just an hour later. Dr. Zeinab and Casey were amazing—so knowledgeable, professional, and caring throughout the whole process. The best dentist I have ever been to. Zeinab (sorry for the wrong spelling) was just so wonderful and polite and was detailed with what I needed doing and was understanding as I was unable to afford the treatment on the day. But I will be back to have my tooth sorted out and I don’t think I’d trust anyone else now. This dental practice can be pricey but they are not the worst in the industry and I think they are worth the money spent for all the care they give. Thank you and see you soon x
Dentist Zeinab is a credit to dentistry. I'm absolutely petrified of dentists, cannot go without having a panic attack and feeling unsafe. She reassured me and made sure I was aware of what was happening at all times, aimed to make me feel comfortable in what was a distressing time. Never tried to enforce treatment I hadn't requested like some dentists and went with my first request without complaint. I have never in my life felt as secure and safe in the dentist chair as I did in hers.

I had a tooth extracted today and it was honestly an incredible experience, the staff were excellent and dr Zeinab was comforting and professional. The customer service displayed to me was phenomenal, would definitely recommend her services.

Simply put - Zeinab is far & away the best dentist I have ever known! However nervous you might be, she will put you at your ease. She is rightly confident & clearly highly skilled. I came for an emergency appointment with Zeinab, As soon as I walked in the receptionists Lauren and arshpreet greeted me with a warm welcome.
The Dentist was running a few minutes late, so they offered me a hot drink which I thought was so nice as I’ve never had that experience in a Dentist before. I have my regular Dentist, but they were unable to get me in on a weekend.
And one thing I thought was great was that they offer a monthly payment plan which is brilliant.

Dr Zeinab offers outstanding patient centred care. Mia was brilliant in assisting. Receptionist Hannah call you to remind you of appointment and very understanding of busy schedule and was able to change my appointment twice with no issues. Definitely recommend it to friends and family. Very good practice
I could wax lyrical about the service I received at Winchester Avenue all day, but I'll keep this short: all of the staff I came into contact with here were utterly exemplary and, although my own treatment wasn't cheap, the service was worth every single penny of it. Zeinab is, on reflection, the best dentist I've ever been to: she was friendly, understanding, and confident in her own vast experience - and she had every right to be: what I'd been led to believe by others would be a long, complicated procedure was done and dusted within 15 minutes and with no pain at all.

Great experience. I’m very nervous when it comes to needles, blood and dentists overall. Dr zeinab was great with my emergency appointment, thorough investigation and fully explained prices, options and after effects. Extraction of said tooth was done well, my overall experience was far better than I’ve had before at previous dental practises. The reception staff(Hannah) were also very welcoming and answered any questions that I had. Overall a great experience considering the situation

So I've not had a dentist since I was 14 years old (23 years ago) thanks to a harrowing experience where a dentist put his knee on my chest when I was having a panic attack. As you can imagine my teeth are not in great order, a couple of weeks ago I cracked a tooth, rot had set in and the pain was debilitating, I got to the point I couldn't think straight. None of my local (Lincolnshire) emergency dentists were any help, all booked up so I searched further afield.
I came across Winchester Avenue Dental Surgery offering emergency appointments on a Sunday, I managed to book a 9am slot, paid my deposit and it was done!
I travelled over, it took about an hour to get there. The receptionist was lovely and helpful, I filled out a couple of forms on their tablet, I was seen at 9 on the dot.
By this point my anxiety is through the roof but Dr Zeinab was lovely (and funny, cracking jokes to put my mind at ease) both her and nurse Kaidey were so kind and talked me through each step, helped talk me through my options explaining the plus and benefits of each. They were upfront about the costs of each option and the choice was mine. I decided to have a tooth extraction and Dr Zeinab took every step slowly, I felt very anxious going in but the whole process was painless and I cannot thank them enough. Highly highly recommend this dental surgery, to everyone there, thank you it's so nice to wake up this morning pain free!
Oh and I got to keep the tooth!
I came across Winchester Avenue Dental Surgery offering emergency appointments on a Sunday, I managed to book a 9am slot, paid my deposit and it was done!
I travelled over, it took about an hour to get there. The receptionist was lovely and helpful, I filled out a couple of forms on their tablet, I was seen at 9 on the dot.
By this point my anxiety is through the roof but Dr Zeinab was lovely (and funny, cracking jokes to put my mind at ease) both her and nurse Kaidey were so kind and talked me through each step, helped talk me through my options explaining the plus and benefits of each. They were upfront about the costs of each option and the choice was mine. I decided to have a tooth extraction and Dr Zeinab took every step slowly, I felt very anxious going in but the whole process was painless and I cannot thank them enough. Highly highly recommend this dental surgery, to everyone there, thank you it's so nice to wake up this morning pain free!
Oh and I got to keep the tooth!
My filling fell out so I booked an appointment at Winchester Avenue Dental Surgery and was quickly seen by them. The consultation was very thorough, including x-rays of affected tooth, the service was top-notch and by a very caring professional that explains what she's doing in great detail. They replaced my filling and I have absolutely no complaints so far, seems like a quality job done.
This surgery has recently been taken over. I received one of the best customer service I’ve ever received at any dentist. The dentist spoke to me throughout my tooth extraction explaining everything as she went along, also general chit chat. I was offered a complimentary follow up to check the area was healing. Have had no issues to date and we are post 3 weeks

I’ve had to remove a tooth yesterday with dr ZEINAB she’s the greatest dentist ever meet she made me feel so safe and no panicking at all, she really does a lovely job, god bless her ☺️

What a wonderful dental surgery and first experience here - from the moment I walked in I was treated in a friendly and welcoming manner by the reception team- who really put you at ease.
Zainab is a miracle worker - not only did she ensure I walked out pain free - but she has the best inter personal skills and she talked me through everything she needed to do in advance as well as during to keep me at ease and reassure me.

I've not been to a dentist in 4 years, however I needed an emergency tooth extraction. I saw Zeinab and she was absolutely AMAZING!! I have a real fear of going to the dentist but she was absolutely lovely. Herself and her assistant calmed me down and spoke perfectly to me with no issues and the aftercare was spot on. The girls on reception were also extremely lovely and helped me. I would recommend this practice to anyone ! Thank you all 👌😁
The best dental surgery around!! It’s lovely and clean inside and the staff are lovely. I’ve been seeing Zeinab for over 15 years and she’s amazing really caring, explains what she’s doing and is great with kids. I can’t recommend her and this surgery enough!!! 😊
This surgery was recommended to me by a friend. I had a routine check-up with Zeinab who was excellent, performed a more detailed x-ray in an area of concern I had to help abate my worries. The receptionists were friendly and the pricing was very reasonable, I would highly recommend this dental surgery.

I am terrified of dentists but needed an emergency appointment. The staff were absolutely lovely and understanding. Explained everything while it was happening, were completely honest about what needed to be done. Very patient with my nervousness and made sure I was ok and comfortable throughout the initial examination and treatment. Very very happy with the service provided and the staff who provided it.

It was as painless as a tooth extraction could be. My recovery was silky smooth. Going by my experience, I can definitely say Dr Zehneib is highly experienced in her field of dentistry. She gave me options and her recommendation which I highly appreciate.

The secretaries are prompt. Registration and payment process was not fussy.

We visited the dentist today and we were welcomed by Fatima with a smile. It was our first visit and she was so friendly and kind. My daughters teeth needed a clean as she has become very conscious of the stains. Fatima cleaned them thoroughly and was patient and kind as my daughter was a little nervous.
My daughter left with a massive smile and could not stop saying how happy she was with her clean teeth! Literally bouncing around with happiness.

Totally outstanding dentistry in a perhaps unexpected place. The level and quality and professionalism is of the highest standard. I was also so well treated personally and can only totally recommend them.
Dr Zeinab was absolutely wonderful - she was so kind and took her time to talk me through my options and was very transparent with me. I am a nervous patient and I felt really at ease here, which is something I’ve never experienced at a dental practice before! The practice is so beautiful inside too and the reception staff were super friendly.

I have been using this practice since 2019 and prior to the new management and owners, this surgery wasn’t very pleasant. Now it has been taken over it is a much nicer experience. The decor is contemporary and the reception feels homely. The staff at reception are always pleasant and friendly. I see the owner and she is fantastic with my dental treatment. She really puts you at ease. I cannot recommend this dental surgery highly enough.
The level of compassion, empathy, knowledge and support from all staff members deserves more than 5 stars! From the minute of walking through the door both receptionists ladies made me feel welcome with a warm friendly smile. After having previous awful experiences with other dentists, Zeinab made me feel completely at ease and in professional and safe hands (Thanks again). AMAZING! I cracked a tooth at the weekend, contacted the out of hours service and got great advice and an appointment the next day (Sunday) for an emergency fix. The Dr was just fantastic, really explained all the options and asked for my feedback, was patient (I am nervous) and did a wonderful temp fix - no more pain! I love this dentist, she is truly patient centered, gentle and caring. I cannot recommend enough! Thank you
We first time came here at the end of the covid lockdown, the doctor was not so professional and honest. But when we can back again, the space had an renovation, and changed its owner. I really enjoyed both of the visits and treatment after the female doctor took over the business. The dental practice's interior looks super lovely and homey, both female dentists that helped me were so nice, friendly, and warm. I also feel like I could trust them, the reception is also really lovely. I will totally recommend it and hope you enjoy the visits too! (really like the chairs and wallpapers!) ❤️
